I take great pleasure to welcome you to our website to present an overview of OECS as a professional organization that offers generic counseling to individuals.
Globalization has impacted the majority of the world’s modern work force, making competencies once considered essential for productive professionals within a regional or national economy. We have to prepare global- ready graduates for a work force that requires international and multi cultural competencies that ensure success in dealing with serious social, political and environmental threats.

OECS strives to propagate international educational experiences that help prepare students from this part of India for the 21st century.

  Operational Highlights

The center has attracted more than 500 hundred students this year and a significant number of them have been professionally counseled for specific programs to many new destinations.

OECS has been at the forefront of introducing new study destinations like Singapore, France and European countries. Based on generic counseling and promoting international education among the student fraternity, several Consulates have recommended our center for the promotion of their education in India.

This year students have received admissions and Visa with a new level of performance. We can claim in a modest way the success rate:

  Students Excellence Abroad

Our students in the overseas have excelled in their performance in most of the destinations, which cover United States of America, United Kingdom, Singapore and Asian countries. Most of them have been offered scholarships and internships in the overseas institutions; a special mention should be made to 2 of our students who went through our center.

1.Firstly, Mr. Anup Gadgil who is studied at Georgia Tech University
(Ranked 3rd in Engineering in USA), specializing in “Avionics and Flight Stimulation and Control” was selected to work under the five American Astronauts who are going for the next space mission.

2.The second student is Prasad Swaminathan who topped in the Master of Law in Oxford, London and been adjusted as the Best Student of the year. ( He is now received an admission to the PhD program this year with full scholarship.

This does not undermine the other students who have been excelling in their own disciplines.

  Institutional Tie Ups and Special Achievements
Any cross cultural learning experience incorporates the kind of learning process that engender greater awareness and understanding of different attitudes, behaviors and perspectives and impact on global work force development for either students going to USA to study or US students coming to our country.

To achieve this OECS has been working closely with the institutions between India and the overseas institutions in developing student exchange program/Educational tours and articulation agreements between institutions. We have been successful in the past and the recent developments are:
1. Partnership with University of Texas consortium covering 32 universities. (Only institution in Country)
2. Partnership with top universities in China, Dubai from the Emirates and Jumeirah Group.
3. Appointed as an official agency by the Ministry of Education for conducting tests for Singapore Youth scholarship for Pune and Western Maharashtra.
4. The Nobel house which offers awards the Nobel Prize has selected our OECS as Country Representative to search talents from India to offer full scholarship under the National society of Scholars to extremely talented students "Mr. Class Nobel" The CHAIRMAN of the NOBEL HOUSE
5. The UN educational development program has a keen interest to bring academic interface in their programs and has selected OECS to connect academic institutions and student scholars form India to become representatives in the UN peace and social development mission.

For the last many years we have received excellent support from educational institutions/Consulates/ Chambers of Commerce and past Alumni of OECS besides well wishers with out whom our goals would not have been accomplished.
